The board is composed of at least four representatives of front-line community organizations, with the remaining three positions being filled by resource/ally members or individual members.
Each member has one vote, and board members serve alternating two-year terms.
The President will serve as the board chair and also as the executive director until the position is created and filled.
The Treasurer is responsible for financial oversight and reporting, while the Secretary manages membership onboarding, scheduling, and communication with members.
The board may form committees as needed to assist in performing its duties.
